Hi: The nc6120 will not run the Aero features of Windows Vista or Windows 7. I wouldn't bother upgrading it since not being able to take advantage of all the graphics features of W7 would be a show-stopper for me. However, should you still wish to upgrade to W7, most of the drivers will be installed automatically. After installation, do a windows update found in the programs menu, and let W7 find any updated drivers for your notebook off the W7 update site. Then for any drivers still missing, you can install the Windows Vista Home Basic drivers for the nc6120. Everything will work fine except the graphics.
